Cascade release Version 3 of our groundbreaking .NET browser based HR solution!



Cascade release Version 3.0 of their groundbreaking .Net browser based HR solution at Softworld in October 2008.

Version 3.0 heralds the arrival of more innovative features ranging from Outlook diary integration to an all new Online Recruitment module.

Key new features include:

Additionally Cascade have found ways to enhance the GUI and application across existing features to further improve the user experience.

Online Recruitment will provide fully integrated applicant access providing access to all published vacancies and the facility to upload CVs with document parsing (reading of the contents) which will populate key fields in the application form automatically. Forms are user defined through easy to use tools which allow HR staff to build online forms with ease. Additionally Agencies can be given access with controls over the number of applicants they can add in any given period.

Continuing the policy Cascade have of not using third party software they have now introduced their own Organisation Charting solution which enhances the current hierarchy, manager and post charting systems already in place. This means there is no need for third party charting systems resulting in multiple support desks.

These features and the rest of the innovative and cutting edge features of Cascade's .Net solution make Cascade a unique proposition for HR and Payroll teams. This has been proven with huge success since launch of this product which continues with recent new clients such as Prodrive, Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP, Radian Housing and notably the major contract awarded to Cascade recently with Wakefield District Housing.
