User Group Review



The Cascade User Group 2008 was well received with over 70 delegates from 46 different company's attending.

With enhancements to the existing software and new features to 'wow' the crowd, the Clients Services Director, Heather Vitty, said 'It is the best response we have ever had and it is great to see our customers so enthusiastic about our software and services.' She added 'We work closely with our customer base as they are the end user and so know from firsthand experience how our software can be improved and what new features would be of benefit to them and others'.

Two of the enhancements at the top of the list from last year's user group were Outlook integration and Organisation Charting; these are now part the new release and were demonstrated at the user group.

Cascades new e-recruitment module was also shown and although customers had heard about the new module they had not realised just how feature rich the system would be, and the fact it is the beginning of a seamless flow into the HR system is just amazing.

Key features & benefits of e-recruitment

Dan Edwards the Technical Director discussed the Cascade Roadmap and how new ideas were not just lost but were catalogued and reviewed on a regular basis by the Directors, as this helps to shape the planning for future development and enhancements to the software. Cascade aim to make the Roadmap visible to all customers early next year within the Client Area on our website.

The next HR user group will be in September 2009; however we are planning to hold a Payroll user group in February. Customers with our Payroll software will be informed about this within the next few months.
